Abstract Submission Guidelines For Poster Presentation
Abstract of the papers related to the thematic areas of the conference are invited for poster presentations. Abstract typed in single space with max. of 250 words including title, authors, address and E-mail ID on A4 size paper in the form of soft copy in MS word version. File should reach the Organizing Secretary latest by December 31, 2019. Acceptance of the abstract for the poster presentation will be intimated by January 5, 2020.
  • Abstract should be of original work
  • Abstract text must not exceed 250 words.
  • Abstract should be thoroughly checked for spelling and grammar
  • Abstract must be submitted by the presenting author for communication
  • All abbreviations must be spelled out on first use
  • Scientific names must be italicised
  • Abstract must be in the text form only. Graphs, figures, diagrams, images etc. not to be included
  • All abstracts are published in the form of soft copy and provided to each registered participant

  • Instructions for preparation of Abstract
  • Font : Times New Roman
  • Title : Font size 14 Bold
  • Authors Name : Font size 12 italics, presenting authors should underlined
  • Address/affiliation : Font Size 10 regular with complete postal address with pincode Followed by e-mail id of the presenting author
  • Abstract : Font size 12 regular in single space, left aligned

  • Poster Presentation Guidelines
    The posters should be of standard size of 30" x 40" i.e. 76 cm x 102 cm (width x height) showing title, authors, address, email of presenting author, introduction, material and methods, results and conclusion in brief. Best posters will be awarded.
